This website operates an email subscribers program (UBOR Club), used to inform subscribers about products supplied by this website. Users can subscribe through an online automated process. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user. All personal details not shared with companies/people outside of the company that operates this website. Subscribers are given the opportunity to un-subscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign.
In Croatia, delivery takes 2-3 working days. Croatia delivery price is 3.50 EUR.

Delivery Zone 2 – Price 10.50 EUR
Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg (4-5 days)

International customers are delivery provided by General Logistics Systems. You can track you shipments through General Logistics Systems tracking system.
We only accept payment for orders in Euro.
All our prices include VAT.
On the website you can pay the ordered products in the following ways:
PayPal online payment system and your credit card via PayPal.
Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account.
If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 business days of receipt of your order. Returns need to arrive at our facility in sell-able condition so please make sure they are unopened and packaged well to arrive intact. Our staff will work with you to determine what went wrong and the best way to resolve it easily.
